Every pair is hand made and sourced directly from local artisans in Mexico. Each purchase helps to support local artisans in Mexico displaying the craftsmanship and innovation of these talented shoe makers. Due to the nature of this, each piece has minor differentiations and imperfections that truly make your shoes one of a kind.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE:

We recommend that you keep in mind Huaraches are leather and stretch. This means that they mold to your feet after a few uses. If you have a wide foot, we recommend going one size up. We suggest ordering one size smaller if you are unsure the size will fit (ex: you are a size 7 but 7.5 is too big, order a size 6.5)

You can always exchange for smaller or larger size.

If you try the shoes on (within 7 days of arrival) and wish to exchange it, you may reach out and return the shoes (customer is responsible for the return shipping costs). Once we receive the shoes we reserve the right to deny a return if the shoes are in bad condition (such as damages or sole usage)

Unforeseen delays:

this item IS custom-made and imported from Mexico, for that reason, we MUST mention that delays in production and at customs could occur.

All of our items are custom made to order which takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks for production and an additional week for shipping and handling. Please allow at least 2 months for your shoes to be produced however, they may come sooner depending on demand. These are PRE-ORDERS for your shoes. Meaning, your order is sent to an artisan to be made specifically for you!
