Due to the nature of this, each piece has minor differentiations and imperfections that truly make your shoes one of a kind.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE:

We recommend that you keep in mind this is a Uni-sex shoe. Sizes have been converted below, we do NOT offer half sizes for women or whole sizes for men. If you are a half size, for example: you are a size 8.5, we suggest either going smaller (size 8) or larger (size 9).

You can always exchange for smaller or larger size.

If you try the shoes on (within 7 days of arrival) and wish to exchange it, you may reach out and return the shoes (customer is responsible for the return shipping costs). Once we receive the shoes we reserve the right to deny a return if the shoes are in bad condition (such as damages or sole usage)

Unforeseen delays:

this item IS custom-made and imported from Mexico, for that reason, we MUST mention that delays in production and at customs could occur. If the item says "IN STOCK" it is ready for delivery and will be shipped out as soon as possible. If "OUT OF STOCK or SOLD OUT" this may apply to you:

All of our items are custom made to order which takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks for production and an additional week for shipping and handling. Please allow at least 2 months for your shoes to be produced however, they may come sooner depending on demand. Your order is sent to an artisan to be made specifically for you!
